Tutorial 1

  1. Click “Sign in” on top menu, 
  2. Enter “username, email address, first name & last name”
  3. After submit, a link will be emailed to you.
  4. click the like in your email to CHANGE your password.
  5. Click “Log in & Log out” on top menu.
  6. Fill out your company information
  7. You’re all set.

Tutorial 2

  1. Upon finishing “user profile”, you can immediately start scheduling your clients 
  2. Click top men “Scheduler”->”Single Scheduler”
  3. Enter “phone number, client name, appointment date, appointment time” in provided form. All other fields are optional.
  4. If you many clients to schedule at once, click “Multi Scheduler” to fill out the form
  5. Click “Search” to look up by clients name, appointment period, phone number, reference number, etc”.
  6. There are many convenient functions not explained in the tutorial video.

Tutorial 3

  1. We provide message templates, so you can modify the client message suitable to your business.
  2. You can provide more professional message, or detailed information.
  3. Depend on your subscription, multiple message templates can be written in other language than English or different purpose.
  4. Message templates are effective on future messages.
  5. Previously scheduled appointments uses old templates

Tutorial 4

  1. “Today” menu shows all today’s appointments by chronological order.
  2. If your clients need to revisit, simply click “reschedule”.
  3. Client name, phone number are already in the form. simply set date, time and click to reschedule.
  4. Gold, Diamond subscription provide more functions.
